Captain (RTD) Sheikh Salleh Abod
Founder

Captain Sheikh Salleh Abod is the founder of Golden Calibre Sdn Bhd. Captain Salleh began his aviation carrier as a pilot in the Royal Malaysian Air Force and roused to be the Squadron Flight Commander in the RMAF. He continued his carrier in aviation management in Malaysia Airlines and was Head of Charter and Haj, until his retirement. Capt. Salleh holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from International Management Centre (UK) and Northland Open University in Canada and a management certificate in Chartered Institute of Transport. Captain Salleh’s experience includes in the setting of two cargo airlines in the country namely Transmile Air (a public listed company), and Neptune Air Sdn. Bhd. He served as its Group General Manager in the former and Managing Director in the latter. Captain Salleh is responsible for the overall Business Management and Efficient Strategic Operations of Suasa Airlines. He is also the Accountable Manager for Suasa Airlines. He also has an impressive track record in delivering reliable and efficient air cargo transportation services domestically and also within the Southeast Asia region. His experiences in the airline industry includes aircraft sourcing, enhancing ground handling operations, streamlining process, improve commercial performance, hiring qualified technical team and reducing running cost. His determination, commitment and endeavours will provide our clients and partners with the best value proposition.

Sheikh Muhammad Sharrif
Director

Sheikh Muhammad Sharrif is a Director of GOLDEN CALIBRE with close to a decade of experience in the logistics industry with knowledge and proficiency in overseeing daily operations, finance, administration, human capital, as well as strategic planning to drive productivity and operational efficiency. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Iowa, which underpins his ability to approach complex problems with critical and analytical thinking, making him an invaluable asset to the company.
Mr. Sharrif is responsible for the broad operations management and strategic planning for GOLDEN CALIBRE, contributing to the reliable and efficient delivery of air cargo transportation services domestically and also within the Southeast Asia region. His determination, commitment and endeavours will provide our clients and partners with the best value proposition.

Ms Shadia
Director & CFO

Shadia is a Director and Chief Finance Officer of GOLDEN CALIBRE where she is responsible for directly managing the Finance and Administration of the company and contributing to the strategic plans with a total of 3 years of management experience. In addition, Mrs. Shadia has demonstrated exceptional skills in project management, managing key resources in the planning, execution, and oversight of critical action items towards ensuring the timely, efficient, and impactful delivery of services for clients.
Mrs. Shadia graduated with honours with a Finance and Economics Degree from Taylor’s University which provides her with a firm understanding of economic principles and financial strategies, coupled with a Public Administration Diploma from UiTM which equips her with a unique perspective on organisational governance and public sector operations. Together, this enables her to approach challenges with a holistic and informed perspective, contributing to the company’s growth and overall success.
